Rodriguez is our new JOHN CARPENTER. It goes fast, it climbs writer as it is an enjoyable and independent. It is capable of producing heavy machinery to pump CASH parents who puff of SPY KIDS and Disney as to SIN CITY. CARPENTER had still committed a Starman, which was to take the ET STEVEN SPIELBERG for CANNIBAL HOLOCAUST. RODRIGUEZ produced action films firmly rooted in a social context as superbly missed THEY LIVE was the answer most violent and direct as CARPENTER could bring to the Reagan era.
Rodriguez is even capable of producing a good film with Predator and it's not as if it were easy, purges that saw both its predecessors. RODRIGUEZ CARPENTER and are part of the authors (script, production, directing, editing and music) action movie ironic. Their films reinvent and question every time the genre.
