Your Rights


The right of access You have the right to be informed, by the lender, all the information it holds about you in its files.
This is the right of access that you are recognized by Articles 34 and following of the Act of 6 January 1978 relating to data, files and freedoms.
To exercise this right, send a letter to the lender, enclosing a photocopy of identification. This agency will issue you a copy of information held about you in its files. The lender is
not required to state the reason for the refusal of the granting of credit but, instead, you must indicate if the refusal is based on a common file FILING payment incidents.
If items can you suggest that this refusal is linked to such a filing, ask the agency on this point in your application for access.
Remember, also, to ask the lender informs you that the score that was assigned when your credit application rejected.
